To join our maintenance program, you must schedule an assessment of your property, regardless of whether you are a new or existing customer with Brian's Tree Service. This assessment ensures that the program covers only the trees discussed during the evaluation. Each maintenance plan is a contractual agreement billed annually, depending on the selected option. The annual fee is flat and covers only the trees included in the initial assessment. Please note that the program does not cover storm damage, unforeseen natural causes, or any new trees planted after the initial assessment. WHERE DID "THE BUDDY CLUB" GET IT'S NAME?
Where did the Buddy Club come from? It all started with the goal of creating a maintenance program built on trust and loyalty. We wanted our customers to feel genuinely cared for. What better symbol of loyalty than a man's best friend? Inspired by our own mascot, Milo, we named our program the Buddy Club. It represents our commitment to being your dedicated tree care partner, year after year.
